We start our sourdough at 4 AM so it's ready when you are. Every loaf, pastry, and seasonal special is made from scratch using locally sourced flour and organic ingredients.

48-hour sourdough

Our starter is over six years old. Every loaf ferments for a full two days, developing deep flavor and that perfect open crumb.

Fresh by 7 AM

Our bakers arrive at 4 AM every morning. By the time we open, everything is fresh out of the oven and ready for you.

Local ingredients

Our flour comes from Camas Country Mill, 90 miles south. Butter from a farm in Tillamook. We know our suppliers by name.
